To reach the Harbour View Inn from the south by automobile, take I-75 to Mackinaw City. From Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, drive to St.Ignace. Since the island does not allow motor vehicles, the only way to the island is by boat. In either city, you'll enjoy an exciting ferry ride to Mackinac Island.
The island also offers a 3,500-foot paved and illuminated runway that can accommodate private and chartered aircraft. Chartered flights are available 24 hours a day from Pellston Regional and St. Ignace airports.
